Our Process

  • We understand that getting started can feel overwhelming. Our team walks alongside your family throughout the intake process, providing clear communication, support with paperwork, insurance verification, authorizations, assessments, and treatment planning to support a seamless start to care.

  • Each child begins services with a comprehensive assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The assessment includes observations, caregiver interviews, and standardized tools to identify strengths, areas of need, and meaningful goals that guide individualized treatment planning.

  • Based on assessment findings, your BCBA creates a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan that targets skill development and behavior support. Goals are designed to be measurable, functional, and aligned with your child’s needs, family priorities, and clinical recommendations.

  • Progress is monitored continuously through data collection and regular review. Your child’s treatment plan is adjusted as needed to ensure ongoing growth, meaningful outcomes, and continued alignment with clinical goals.

  • All ABA services are supervised by a BCBA to maintain clinical integrity and quality of care. BCBAs provide ongoing oversight, training, and support to ensure interventions are implemented effectively and consistently.

  • Caregiver involvement is an essential part of successful ABA therapy. We provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and help families confidently apply strategies in everyday routines and environments.

  • We value open communication and collaboration. Families receive regular updates, progress reviews, and opportunities to ask questions, ensuring transparency and shared decision-making throughout the therapy process.
